Land Surveying and Tax Map Revision Services

The City of Linden is requesting proposals from qualified USA individuals and firms to provide land surveying and tax map revision services. The scope includes providing boundary, topographic, site, and utility surveys, supplying all documents in vellum, integrating field survey services within a survey design database, preparing AutoCAD-compatible surveys (Version 2000 or newer), and signing and sealing revised tax maps. Selected offerors may also need to attend city meetings and interact with city personnel. To be eligible, proposers must possess a valid Professional P.L.S. License in New Jersey and have at least ten years of experience in land surveying services and tax map revisions. Submissions require a technical section detailing personnel qualifications and past experience, standard administrative forms, and a cost proposal outlining hourly rates, flat rates, or retainers. Offers must be submitted electronically through the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Email questions are due no later than Monday, October 26, 2026. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The City will evaluate total proposal content and select the most advantageous offer in its best interest.
