Accessible and Modern Website Design, Development, Hosting, Maintenance and Support Service Using CMS

Madison County Government seeks a vendor to design, develop, implement, host, maintain, and support an accessible, modern website platform using a CMS. The requested scope includes user experience design, responsive visual templates aligned with branding, CMS customization for multilingual content and system integrations, content migration, SEO best practices, and ongoing hosting and maintenance. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit a complete Certificate of Liability Insurance with required coverages, alongside signed Hold Harmless and Vendor Agreements, directly with their bid. Vendors can submit proposals digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
