Miami University requires a replacement enterprise resource planning system, with performance of the work occurring offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and suppliers must submit clear, concise proposals digitally via email or online before the response deadline. Questions must be submitted by October 14, 2026, or October 13, 2026, as noted in the RFP details, and final responses are due by November 1, 2026, or October 31, 2026. The contract term covers the period needed to complete the project timeline, with goals for launch on January 1, 2027, and usability on January 1, 2029. Upon mutual agreement, the university may renew the contract for up to three additional one-year periods for extra work within the scope. Suppliers must provide specific liability, cyber, and worker's compensation insurance and comply with Ohio ethics laws and recovery findings.
