Grant Writing Service

The City of Linden, NJ requires a vendor to provide grant writing services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must monitor federal, state, and private grant opportunities, review city housing priorities, and identify funding for affordable housing development, rehabilitation, and supportive services. The vendor will advise on project positioning, conduct housing affordability analyses, draft grant and budget narratives, prepare statements of need, and support applications with housing data. Eligible applicants are limited to USA-based organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested parties can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently accepting budget proposals. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
