Special Legal Counsel Service

The City of Linden, NJ requires a vendor to provide special legal counsel services. The selected vendor must offer timely advice on emergent matters, issue written legal opinions, prepare legal documents, and initiate or defend lawsuits at the City's direction. Additional responsibilities include conducting in-service programs for employees, reviewing legal notices, resolutions, and city policies, and assisting with city governance, administration, operations, and the city clerk. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Interested applicants must submit their responses digitally via email or online for a contract period lasting one year, and the City seeks budget proposals from applicants.
