Bond Counsel Service

The Township of Winslow, New Jersey requires a qualified vendor to provide bond counsel services. The selected vendor must render legal opinions on bond legality and tax-exempt status, assist with federal continuing disclosure compliance, coordinate with financial advisors and Township departments, and offer public financing guidance. Additional duties include attending requested meetings with municipal bodies and conducting legal research to support bond issuance strategies. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work.
