M365 Migration Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide end-to-end M365 migration services aligned with the Commonwealth enterprise Microsoft 365 strategy. The requested scope includes designing a SharePoint Online structure, identifying content to migrate, archive, or dispose, engaging stakeholders, executing a secure migration, and delivering post-migration validation and support. The project aims to improve collaboration and accessibility while strengthening data governance and security. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and all work must be performed offsite. Prospective applicants must submit all questions no later than October 13, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget.
