The buyer needs an onshore USA organization to provide external grant writing and support services for a one-year contract term. The selected consultant must coordinate grants and service delivery research, review program materials, interface with internal staff, conduct research, and draft federal, state, and large foundation grant proposals. Qualified vendors must possess superior narrative and technical writing skills, proficiency in complex proposals, and a proven track record of successful federal grant awards for local governments. Vendors must be USA-based organizations and will perform the work offsite. The buyer requires proposals to include budget details for the project.
