Observability and Infrastructure Monitoring Platform

The buyer requires the supply, implementation, and support of a cloud-based SaaS observability and infrastructure monitoring platform. The vendor will replace existing on-premises tools and consolidate monitoring across on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, applications, third-party SaaS services, and public-facing digital services.
