Fall Commencement Ticketing System

The buyer requires an event ticketing company to provide a fall commencement ticketing system and supplemental support. The selected vendor must scan tickets at the convocation center entrance, manage walk-up ticket sales, and deliver PantherSoft customer service before and during the event. The scope also includes printing and uploading tickets, processing PantherSoft data, and scanning all ticket options into the vendor's access control software to prevent exceeding venue capacity. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Prospective vendors must submit their proposals digitally through email or online, including a budget proposal as requested by the buyer.
