SCADA System Upgrade Services

The Village of Hanover Park, IL requires a qualified onshore USA vendor to provide supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system upgrade services for its water and wastewater infrastructure. The selected integrator must migrate the existing system from AVEVA Wonderware to an Inductive Automation Ignition platform or a similar recommended alternative, design a resilient gateway-centric architecture, and extract and map the existing tag dictionary. Additional scope includes creating high-performance human-machine interfaces, manually translating Wonderware QuickScript logic into Python (Jython), configuring a new SQL-based historian for compliance reporting, and integrating Active Directory for role-based access control.
