Human Resource Information System

The buyer requires a fully integrated, managed, and hosted Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Software as a Service (SaaS) package to manage and automate core human resource processes for up to 450 employees. The requested scope includes providing the hosted HRIS system alongside fully managed payroll and pension services, workforce management, time and attendance recording, performance management, system integrations, implementation, hosting, information security, and day-to-day support. Only Irish organizations operating onshore are eligible to submit proposals, and the selected vendor will perform the work offsite. Vendors must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than October 23, 2026. The contract term is one year, and the buyer is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
