Managed Information Technology Support Services

The City of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado seeks qualified onshore US firms to provide managed information technology support services. The selected contractor must manage, maintain, monitor, and support the city’s IT environment, including network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, help desk services, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, public safety systems, and transition support. Performance requires onsite work over a five-year contract term. Proposing firms must submit four sealed hard copies of their proposals to Denise White by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 23, 2026, while responses can also be submitted digitally via email or online through the Rocky Mountain Bid System. All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. Proposals are seeking pricing details and will be evaluated by City staff and Council based on fee structure, reference checks, past performance, municipal experience, public safety technology support experience, team qualifications, and asset management approaches.
