The City of South Fulton, Georgia seeks vendors to provide on-call vertical and horizontal construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, emergency response, and site improvement services across city-owned facilities, parks, grounds, and infrastructure assets. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite under a contract term of one year. The evaluation process scores technical proposals out of 80 available points, requiring a minimum consolidated score of 48 points and specific average ratings to advance. Price proposals account for up to 20 points, calculated separately by service category by comparing each proposal's responsive evaluated price against the lowest responsive evaluated price in that category.
