Cybersecurity Consultant Services

The Public Entity Joint Insurance Fund requires a vendor to serve as a Cyber Risk Consultant for the 2027 calendar year commencing January 1, 2027, or upon appointment. The selected vendor must provide offsite cybersecurity consultant services to member municipalities, including cyber insurance assessments, gap analyses, risk treatment plans, and consolidated insurance application reporting to ensure compliance with minimum security requirements and industry best practices. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit one original paper copy and one electronic copy in Word format on a flash drive to the Fund's Iselin, NJ office by 10:00 a.m. EDT on November 6, 2026. The submission must include contact information, a fee proposal presented as an annual flat fee, staff resumes, vendor experience, resource descriptions, New Jersey presence, SBE registration status, references, and conflict of interest disclosures. The Fund will reject non-compliant proposals without evaluation and will assess qualifying proposals based on the vendor's general approach, documented experience, staff qualifications, and operational capacity.
