Nightly Guard Services

The government authority in Alberta requires an onshore Canadian organization to provide nightly guard services every day of the year, including statutory holidays. The on-duty security guard must conduct physical checks of all municipality-owned building doors, vehicles, and security systems once per shift, ensuring all systems and buildings are inspected within the first two hours. Inspections must start no later than 8:30 PM daily and end no earlier than 4:30 AM the following morning. Vendors can attend a non-mandatory site visit on October 21, 2026, and must submit all questions by October 26, 2026.
