Germany Tourism Representation Services

The New York State Department of Economic Development seeks a vendor to provide tourism representation services for Germany. The required scope includes travel trade and consumer marketing, trade media public relations, relationship management, and managing partner marketing promotions. The contractor must also create and execute paid consumer advertising, generate consumer-facing earned media, prepare annual marketing plans with key initiatives and budgets, establish performance metrics, and develop travel itineraries and products. Eligible applicants are limited to USA organizations located onshore. Proposals must be submitted by mail no later than November 13, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, and all questions must be submitted by October 21, 2026. An evaluation committee will score written proposals based on technical criteria and budget scores, interview top-scoring finalists, re-score technical criteria after presentations, and award the contract to the proposer offering the best value.
