Educational Audiology Services

The Newburgh Enlarged City School District requires a qualified, licensed, and certified professional or agency to provide offsite, district-wide educational audiology services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting and maintaining personal hearing aids and hearing assistive technology, evaluating room acoustics, participating in IEP, 504, and IFSP meetings, and delivering counseling and in-service training for district staff. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for these services in Newburgh, New York. Proposers must submit four original physical copies and one electronic copy on a vendor-provided thumb drive to the Purchasing Agent by hand delivery, mail, or courier by October 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. All questions regarding the solicitation are due by October 9, 2026. The District will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as cost, past performance, and service capabilities, awarding to the lowest responsive and responsible respondent. The initial contract term runs through June 30, 2027, with options to extend for up to four additional one-year periods, and budget details must be provided in the submitted proposals.
