RFI for Correctional Operations Management System

The South Carolina Department of Corrections seeks information from qualified vendors to provide a complete end-to-end modernization and migration of the Correctional Operations Management System from its existing mainframe environment to a fully modernized, secure, scalable, and sustainable technology platform. The agency does not seek a partial modernization, technical assessment, proof of concept, lift-and-shift implementation, or multi-phase modernization roadmap. Only onshore vendors in the United States are eligible, and performance of the work will occur offsite.
