Park Master Plan Development Service

The Town of Danville needs a qualified firm or consulting team with public sector experience to develop a forward-visioning Master Plan for Oak Hill Park that aligns with the Town's mission and vision. The scope requires evaluating future park uses, community amenities, accessibility, and circulation, as well as identifying site constraints, capital priorities, cost estimates, and long-term maintenance needs. US-based organizations are eligible to apply, and performance of the work takes place onsite.
