Community Development Block Grant Consultant Services

The Chautauqua Region Economic Development Corporation requires consultant services to assist with administering, managing, and implementing Community Development Block Grant economic development funding and programming in Jamestown, New York. The selected firm or individual will handle books of account, management systems, procurement, environmental review records, federal compliance, report preparation, audit oversight, grant closeouts, and project financing support. Eligible applicants include onshore US organizations and individuals with demonstrated experience in economic development grant administration, commercial financing, federal environmental reviews, and specific OCR/CDBG funding.
