School Photography Service

The Kirkwood School District requires exclusive school photography services for Kirkwood High School. Vendors can bid on underclassmen photos for grades 9 through 11, senior portraits for grade 12, or both combined services. Applicants must be onshore US organizations with at least 10 years in business, staff who pass national criminal background checks as direct employees, photographers with five years of school-photography experience, and prior experience photographing high schools with enrollments of 1,700 or more. Vendors must deliver three sealed copies marked "KHS Photography" to Scott Cook at the Kirkwood School District Administrative Services Center by 11:00 a.m. on October 19, 2026. Submissions must include documentation addressing every qualification requirement, a completed pricing schedule for parent packages across three years, and required donations to the after-graduation party and teacher incentives. The district will evaluate proposals based on qualifications, company history, ability to serve school photography needs, quality, industry performance, and pricing. The initial contract term spans one year, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms covering the 2027–2028 through 2029–2030 school years.
