AI Strategy and Management Consulting Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide AI strategy and management consulting services to replace fragmented, ministry-by-ministry AI adoption with a coordinated enterprise approach. The requested scope includes establishing an AI governance foundation, recommending an AI operating model, baselining prioritized use cases and data readiness, training an initial cohort of staff, and completing the scoping required for future-phase AI procurements. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the buyer is actively seeking budget proposals for this opportunity.
