Ecologically Sensitive Land Care Services

The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MassTech) requires a qualified contractor to provide organic and ecologically sensitive land care services at its Westborough, MA location. Scope of work includes spring cleanup, non-organic litter removal, ongoing bi-weekly lawn mowing and pest monitoring, pruning, plant bed edging, soil testing, fall leaf care, and optional storm-related arborist services. The contract term is one year. Qualified respondents with experience in organic and ecologically sensitive land care are eligible to bid. Site visits are held by appointment only from October 22 through October 29, 2026. Interested parties must submit written questions by November 6, 2026, and MassTech will post answers on November 13, 2026. Proposals are due electronically by December 4, 2026, and must include the Application Cover Sheet, the proposal, and a total not-to-exceed cost using the Attachment C Budget Template. MassTech evaluates submissions by comparing proposals against specific criteria to select a single vendor.
