Physician Services

The Township of Franklin in Somerset, NJ, is seeking proposals for physician services under contract MC-FO-0013-27. The required scope includes pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol screening (DOT and Non-DOT), promotional physicals, return-to-work exams, fitness for duty exams, respirator clearance, TB testing, and work-related vaccinations like Rabies and Hepatitis B. Eligible USA-based vendors must possess a valid New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. Applicants must submit one original, three printed copies, and a digital copy on a CD or Flash drive of their proposal to the Purchasing Department by December 10, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. Proposals must include a maximum three-page Qualification Statement, key personnel resumes, a work narrative, and a Proposal Cost Form. An evaluation team will score proposals based on price and other factors to recommend the highest-ranking respondent.
