The buyer requires a vendor to implement and maintain a comprehensive, cloud-based patient electronic health record system for the Community Health Nursing Program. The requested scope includes capturing clinical and billing data by individual clinic from appointment to visit completion, performing comprehensive patient and insurance billing, and connecting the program's electronic health record to the national Carequality health information exchange.
