Sale of Real Property and Improvements Services

The United Independent School District (UISD) seeks a buyer to purchase the surface estate of real property and improvements located in Laredo, Texas. The sale includes the Curriculum and Instruction Building, four 64’ X 24’ portable buildings, a 60’ X 16’ mobile home, an interest in a billboard sign, and the assignment of a billboard sign location lease. The property excludes personal property such as office equipment, electronics, furniture, vehicles, and supplies. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit bids, and performance of the work takes place offsite. Prospective buyers must submit all questions no later than November 8, 2026. The buyer must submit a proposed purchase price that is equal to or greater than the minimum bid amount.
