Real Property Reassessment Project Services

The government authority in Pennsylvania requires a vendor to provide real property reassessment project services using mass appraisal standards and statutory requirements. The contractor must perform offsite digital parcel reviews using available digital resources, apply non-proprietary valuation tools, and conduct in-person field inspections only when digital data is limited. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested applicants must submit detailed explanations of their proposed desktop review methodologies and proposals directly through digital submission via email or online. Questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026. The buyer will award a contract with a performance term of one year.
