Mobile Music and Community Event Stage Service

The City of Gladstone, Oregon requires the manufacture, delivery, setup, commissioning, and training for a new towable Mobile Music and Community Event Stage. The buyer needs a high-quality, approximately 24-foot-long mobile stage that provides weather protection, accessible entry, and efficient setup for city personnel. The required product delivery location is Public Works in Gladstone, Oregon, no later than May 1, 2027, with shop drawings due by February 15, 2027. Qualified onshore (USA organization only) manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit written questions to Jon Legarza by November 1, 2026. Applicants must submit proposals to Tami Bannick via email or physical mail by December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Submissions must include a signed cover letter, technical compliance form, mandatory pricing form, proposed deposit and payment schedule, references, and signed proposer certification. The City will evaluate proposals based on a 100-point scale, including criteria such as manufacturer/vendor experience and references (10 points) and total delivered cost and overall value (15 points). The anticipated award and deposit target date is January 1, 2027. Final pricing will be determined by the proposer's completed pricing form, including base stage price, itemized optional equipment, and total delivered price.
