Food and Organic Waste Diversion Strategy Delivered Service

The buyer requires a consultant to provide a food and organic waste diversion strategy delivered service. The selected vendor must develop an implementation-oriented strategy to increase the diversion of organic and food waste from traditional disposal practices using infrastructure investments, programs, partnerships, and supporting policies. To fulfill the scope, the consultant will deliver an existing conditions assessment, an organics baseline, a citywide organics diversion strategy, and a planning-level infrastructure assessment. Additionally, the vendor must evaluate comparative economic, environmental, and business models, provide analytical, technical, and project management expertise, and initiate pilot food waste composting programs. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Applicants must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
