Food Market Management and Operation Services

The City of Tallahassee Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs Department requires food market management and operation services for the Griffin Heights Healthy Food Store at 1309 Alabama Street in Tallahassee, Florida. The selected vendor must establish and operate a community-focused grocery store providing fresh, affordable food and household essentials to increase healthy food access and connect neighborhood entrepreneurs to capital opportunities. Eligible USA onshore entities must have a minimum of five years of experience in grocery retail or related affordable food sources. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via Euna Procurement by November 4, 2026. Proposals are submitted digitally via Bonfire or email, and respondents must upload required experience narratives, approach descriptions, IRS Form W-9, and Forms 2 through 9.
