Utility Statement Processing and Mailing Services

The City of Farmington is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide utility statement processing, inserting, folding, three-color digital duplex printing, and mailing services for the Farmington Electric Utility System Customer Service. The scope requires handling various bill messages and notices, barcode placement, optical character recognition for remittance processing, integrating with an online vendor via an API, providing a tracking portal, applying postage, and guaranteeing same-day delivery to the U.S. Postal Service. Qualified onshore (USA organization) firms with relevant experience may apply. Proposals will be evaluated based on Qualifications and Experience (40 points), Methodology and Proposed Approach (40 points), Proposed Price (20 points), and applicable New Mexico State Preferences.
