Environmental Review and Environmental Site Assessment Services

NorthBridge Housing Solutions requires a vendor to perform environmental review and environmental site assessment services for residential properties in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The contractor must prepare deliverables that the Responsible Entity can adopt, respond to deficiency comments, attend meetings with the agency and HUD, and prepare a Section 106 review package under 36 CFR Part 800 to support consultations with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit quotes. Proposals and required forms, including Form HUD-5369-C and applicable Section 3 certifications, must be submitted digitally via email or online to Jessica Reynolds by November 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026. The contract period will run for one year, and work will be performed both onsite and offsite.
