Janitorial Services

The Florida Department of Management Services seeks proposals for janitorial services in Tallahassee, Florida. The required scope includes cleaning common areas, high-traffic areas, high-touch points, restrooms, restroom fixtures, blinds, windows, janitorial closets, light fixtures, pressure cleaning, and additional cleaning protocols for communicable diseases like influenza or COVID-19. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to apply, and work must be performed onsite. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 22, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026. Prior to the RFP opening, respondents must submit completed mandatory forms including Attachment B, Attachment C (Cost Proposal), Attachment I (PUR 1355), and Attachment N (Technical Proposal Response), with an optional Attachment L. Proposals are evaluated out of 2,000 total available points, consisting of up to 1,100 points for the technical proposal and up to 900 points for the cost proposal. Contracts will be awarded to the responsive and responsible respondents offering the highest total final scores, with the state reserving the right to award multiple contracts.
