Florida State College at Jacksonville is seeking architectural services for the FSCJ Cecil Training Institute/Hub. The requested scope includes academic space programming with full-time equivalent surveys, program and space validation, schematic and concept designs, renderings, fundraising and marketing conceptual packages, test fits, ADA access compliance, construction document development, and construction administration services. Eligible USA-based organizations must complete the full submittal document and answer all interrogatory questions in the numerical order specified. Proposals must be uploaded electronically via the GetAll web-link by 2:00 p.m. on November 19, 2026, following a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on October 21, 2026, and a written clarification deadline on November 4, 2026. An evaluation committee will score proposals up to 25 points for professional qualifications, 20 points for past experience, 15 points for client references, and 15 points for the ability to meet time and budget requirements.
