Professional Event Planning Services

CPS Energy requires a vendor to provide professional event planning services for a three-year contract term. The scope includes generating creative themes and design concepts, collateral branding, event planning, CEO special event planning, catering, staffing, security, transportation, volunteer packet development, public relations, and managing guest check-ins. Vendors must also manage, reconcile, and adhere to established event budgets. Work may take place onshore or offsite. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. Bidders must submit a completed Bid Submission Supplement, which consists of a Business Questionnaire, a Disclosure form, and Subcontracting Documents. Small businesses are exempt from completing a subcontracting plan if certified via the questionnaire. A non-mandatory pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled for October 22, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 29, 2026. CPS Energy evaluates proposals based on best value, considering pricing alongside other factors.
