Hospital Sexual Violence Services

The government authority in Albany, NY requires a vendor to provide hospital sexual violence services to build sustainable capacity for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered medical and forensic care to survivors of all ages. The selected Resource Center must develop, implement, and evaluate a statewide training and technical assistance plan, improve the hospital availability of Department-certified Sexual Assault Forensic Examiners, and enhance collaboration and resource sharing. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit all questions no later than November 5, 2026, for a contract term spanning five years.
