Janitorial Cleaning Services

The Municipality of Norristown seeks onshore USA organizations to provide janitorial cleaning services for Municipal Hall and the Norristown Recreation Center. Scope of work includes daily office, common area, and meeting room cleaning, surface sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, recycling handling, window and wall cleaning, and restocking designated supplies. Services generally occur after 4:30 p.m. at Municipal Hall and after 8:30 p.m. at the recreation center. Personnel assigned to secure areas, including portions occupied by the Norristown Police Department, face background investigations, criminal history checks, and FBI Criminal Justice Information Services compliance.
