Administrative Support Services

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Division of Data Modernization & Innovation seeks consulting services to assist the Alaska Highway Safety Office with grant administration, regulatory compliance, stakeholder involvement, and program efficiency. The requested scope includes reviewing grant applications, supporting grant claims reviews, editing highway safety strategy sections, confirming evidence of effectiveness, assisting with assessment schedules, and addressing program strategic plans such as impaired driving, occupant protection, and traffic records. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Offerors must digitally submit technical and cost proposals via email or online, containing authorized signatures, introduction details, an experience section, and a completed Demonstration of Required Minimum Prior Experience Form. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 4, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated out of 100 points based on experience and qualifications (25 points), project understanding (15 points), methodology (10 points), management plan (10 points), and cost (40 points). The buyer is seeking proposals to establish the budget.
