Comprehensive General Plan Update Services

The City of Laguna Beach requires a vendor to provide comprehensive general plan update services to modernize its elements and align them internally. The selected vendor must update the plan to meet current statutory requirements, eliminate obsolete policies, establish a uniform document structure, integrate related planning initiatives, and produce a concise, accessible policy document that reflects community values.
