Professional Land Surveyor Services

The City of Visalia requires on-call professional land surveyor services for its Engineering Development Services Division. Qualified USA-based consulting firms must perform work onsite in Visalia, California, covering final map reviews, right-of-way acquisitions, easement document reviews, drafting services, corner records, boundary dispute documents, and related survey tasks. The contract term is for one annual year. Proposers must submit questions by November 2, 2026, and a non-mandatory teleconference takes place on October 28, 2026. Applicants must submit one unbound original, four copies, and one USB digital copy to the Purchasing Division by 1:00 p.m. on November 19, 2026. Submittals must include documentation proving statutory Workers' Compensation insurance alongside Commercial General Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability policies of at least $1,000,000 each.
