Dam Construction Upgrade Service

Colorado Springs Utilities requires a vendor to provide dam construction upgrade services for the Clear Spring Ranch Dam in El Paso County, Colorado. The scope of work encompasses project planning, site investigations, technical report reviews, regulatory compliance, and complete design phases from 30% through Issue for Construction submittals. Additional duties include creating a Basis of Design Report, providing cost estimates, coordinating permitting and CMGC activities, supporting early procurement, and facilitating a project kickoff meeting. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid, and the selected contractor must comply with local security policies, weapons prohibitions, and small business subcontracting plan requirements under FAR guidelines.
