Artwork and Artist-In-Residence Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide artwork and artist-in-residence services for an upcoming arts festival centered on the theme of support. The selected vendor must supply artists, designers, performers, and artist-researchers who will propose artwork for this festival. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the required scope of work offsite. Applicants must submit their responses digitally using either email or the online submission method. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget, but the text does not specify application deadlines, evaluation criteria, or the contract term.
