Microsoft 365 Backup Solution

The buyer needs an independent, enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solution for its Government Community Cloud environments. The requested scope includes protecting and enabling rapid recovery for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Entra ID objects and configuration, and Teams to defend against accidental deletion, ransomware, and operational incidents. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online for a contract period of three years. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than November 2, 2026, and submit a proposal detailing their budget.
