Biomedical Research Application Evaluation and Support Services

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity requires biomedical research application evaluation and support services for a government authority in Fort Detrick, Maryland. The requested scope includes setting up funding opportunity announcements in the electronic biomedical research application portal (eBRAP), overseeing the electronic receipt and processing of intramural and extramural applications, and conducting scientific merit peer review using a secure, contractor-owned, contractor-operated web-based system.
