Architectural Support and Technical Assistance Service

The City of Boston’s Office of Economic Opportunity & Inclusion seeks competitive quotes from architectural professionals to provide architectural support and technical assistance to Boston Cannabis Equity Program participants. The selected vendor will deliver one-on-one architectural guidance during the preconstruction phase, including local building and zoning permitting application assistance, compliant facility design and layout planning, and security planning. Work must be performed onsite in the United States over a one-year contract term. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA vendors capable of fulfilling the technical assistance scope. Applicants must submit pricing quotes and answer all required questions online through the City of Boston Supplier Portal. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by November 9, 2026.
