Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) Support Services and In-Home Evaluations Services- Budget - Up to 3,000,000 USD

The government authority in Massachusetts needs a vendor to establish and maintain a flexible statewide network of qualified providers to deliver Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) support services, in-home evaluations, and limited ancillary supports to eligible agency participants with disabilities. The program goals focus on improving timely access to authorized services, reducing unmanaged service gaps, supporting participant independence, choice, and dignity, and promoting successful community living. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit bids for this offsite work. Bidders must electronically upload their Uniform Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report to the Operational Services Division and comply with HIPAA business associate requirements, public records laws, and workplace violence prevention regulations. Successful bidders must also obtain prior department approval for any subcontracted services.
