Transportation Uniform Supplies

The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) requires a contractor to provide ongoing offsite transportation uniform supplies and services for bus operators and supervisors. Each newly hired employee will initially receive five shirts, three pairs of pants, and one lightweight jacket, with all uniform items adhering to strict color consistency specifications. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the CCRTA will award a single contract to one contractor. Bidders must submit questions and the required Uniform Specifications Submittal Form (Exhibit I) through PlanetBids by November 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST. Complete bids, including the Line Items Price Schedule and Attachments A through E, must be submitted via PlanetBids by December 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST. An optional pre-bid conference takes place on November 3, 2026. The contract term is a three-year firm fixed-price agreement starting April 1, 2027, with bid prices remaining valid for 120 calendar days from the Board approval date.
