Primary Bank Depository Services

The City of Round Rock, Texas is requesting applications from qualified onshore financial institutions to provide primary bank depository services. The selected vendor will perform the required work offsite under a one-year contract term that provides mutual benefit to the parties. Applicants must upload one completed PDF copy of their application and the MS-Excel Bank Service Fee Schedule via Bonfire by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, including an Executive Summary cover sheet. Vendors must submit all questions by November 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, and they may attend an optional Zoom pre-application conference on October 28, 2026. The City Council evaluates proposals based on the institution's ability to perform, service quality, references, cost, transition offers, interest rates, earnings credit rates, previous City relationships, location convenience, application completeness, and financial stability.
