Security Upgrade Services

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources needs a contractor to provide and install a door key fob system and exterior/interior security cameras at the Wildlife District Two Headquarters in Findlay, Ohio. The work entails removing push button locks, installing key fob hardware and programming software with remote management capabilities, and mounting fixed-position cameras that offer 360-degree exterior views, interior coverage, and 30 to 45 days of recording storage. Contractors must complete all deliverables by April 30, 2027. Eligible onshore USA bidders must conduct a mandatory site visit prior to the submission deadline to receive consideration. Bidders must submit a written proposal detailing equipment make/model and price all four line items in Ohio Buys. The state will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the low lot total, with potential preference point adjustments for Buy American, Buy Ohio, and Veteran-Friendly Business qualifications.
